Bosses get spawned with the AI marked for raiders, so far so fine. You can try to deactivate (set it to true) the spawn change in the overwiev of fin´s. This should deactivate all change to spawns from FIN. You don't actually need the mod to adjust those values. You can do it straight from the files. I'm enjoying Fin's mod and am continually tweaking the settings to my liking. You may want to try messing the the three settings at the top of his config file. The default value for each is 1, but my understanding is the lower you set them the better the AI becomes in their reactions, time to shoot, and accuracy.

I've always had luck using FAIT (Fin's AI Tweaks) in conjunction with "AI CONFIGS FOR LUA SPAWN REWORK AND FINS AI TWEAKS."
