My main issue though, is that there is an Alpha Raptor extremely close to my base. I’m on the south side of the island, so I’m surrounded by water. Can no longer pick up Alpha Raptor using flyers. They can be hard to deal with and its unlikely you'll kill it with a primitive bow.Alpha Raptors have a lot of health but don't deal much damage per attack. If you send in three tames at once, the alpha will spread its attacks among each of them and the damage won't add up very quickly. A rex should have no trouble with a Alpha Raptor, they should be a speedbump for a Rex, an Alpha Carno/Rex may be tougher, to take those you'll need atleast 10k health, I'd recommend trying to obtain a higher lvled Rex with alot more base health (for Carnos and Rex) #4.
