Att modem flashing red
Service guy came out and had to replace my modem yesterday. It worked great for about 4 hours then crashed. All the lights are now flashing red. The reset doesn’t fix the problem nor does flipping the switch on the power supply etc…nothing has helped resolve the issue. My neighbor has the same fixed wireless service and theirs is working …9.9K Messages. 3 years ago. The LED status you describe indicates that there's a problem with the fiber line itself. You'll have to call the 800-288-2020 number and they'll need to roll a truck for service. It's also possible that the ONT itself is bad based on reports from last year that AT&T had identified a bad batch of them.
